Product receipt against rejection on a Purchase Order

Hi,

We are using Ax 2012 R2. Items are rejected frequently to vendors which we are handling through Return order type. When a certain qty is returned against Purchase Order, is there any way that Purchase Order pending qty may increases by the rejected qty and we may again receive it.

Hi Imran,

I don’t know of any way to automatically increase the order quantity on a Purchase order, based on the quantity deducted from inventory on a Return Purchase order.

Thanks for reply. Infact this is practice in other ERP where if some qty is returned from a purchase order line, such qty is available to receive again without entering new line or qty.
