I am trying to figure a solution without development :).
This is quite common in other ERPs but havent yet seen in NAV yet .
Here is the story : Customer sells large amounts of x.
The Price is small per unit but we receive pricing for batches.
On the printouts we would want to see both the price and price unit as well as the base uom and the total amount.
Any ideas ?

If your “batch” is always the same Qty, you can create it as additional UoM. Usually bulk sales offer lower price or discount for “base” price, but nothing keeps you from using the same “base” price multiplied by Qty in your “batch”.
However, you will have to modify the reports for document printing, standard does not include Qty in several UoM’s - but it is not a big “development” which you are willing to avoid 
Yup, that is the one similar feature that I thought of . But i was hoping something oob .
