I am trying to transport a pallet form one site to another, both sites belong to the same company. I have tried the Pallet transport functionality, but it only considers warehouses from the same site. Any ideas on this matter?
You need to use a transfer order to move it site to site I believe.

I have tried this too, but I get a message saying the pallet does not exist. When I try to create it in the new site I get a message saying pallet already exists in another location.
That sounds like you have loaded the transfer order on the location where the pallet does not exist!
