Overflow under type conversion of Text to Text

Hi Everybody

A user was trying to ship an item when this message occured.It managed to ship the first item but when it comes to the second item it gives this message.what puzzles me is that the first item shipped has more characters than the one that wont ship.

eg: Value:Office Professional Plus 2007 English OLP NL AE …got shipped while

Value:Pavilion W1907V 19" Wide LCD Monitor …wont ship this item

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

Are you sure that the text causing the error is the item description? What’s the exact message text?

The error message is just as follows:

" Overflow under type conversion of Text to Text

Value:Pavilion W1907V 19" Wide LCD Monitor "

Did you try to run the shipping with debug turned on? That would show you where the message comes from

When i turn on the debugger it shows the following:

Codeunit 82 Sales-post + Print\ On Run()

It shows that the Salesheader, SalesShptHeader,SalesInvHeader etc was , and also the selection value is 0

Is there a yellow arrow in the left side of the screen pointing at a line of code? Can you copy the line and past it here?
