Optimal Cache Settings in AX2012

We currently experience issues with users who’s AX session freezes on them. After closing their session, clearing their usage data, the user is fine for several days. Sometimes, we end up deleting the user’s account in AX2012, then re-add them.

Could this be a cache issue or data issue for the user?

Are there ‘optimal’ settings for a client cache/usage data?

In most cases default cache setting should be fine.

In your case, the issue could be something different. Is there a particular functionality that is causing this issue? What is the AX version?

There is no specific function, except these happen in AR/AP modules. We are AX2012 with CU1.
