I have a purchase order that shows posted. Everything looks ok and has posting dates. But when you look at the general ledger it is missing. Don’t know where else to look or how to proceed. Using Axpata 3 sp1
Posting to the ledger is controlled by the inventory/stock model group against the item, have a look in there at the settings.

Did you import the purchase order? If yes, try running consistency check (under Basic → Periodic) with correct error options.
On a side note, I noticed you are still running Ax 3.0 SP1. Unless you have special agreement with MS, 3.0 SP1 is no longer supported by MS. For more info, please see here - http://harish-m.livejournal.com/25519.html
