Not able to see Sub menu for desired role user

Hi,
I Have crated a new sub menu named " Customized Reports " Under AR- Report ( looking like " AR- Report - Customized Reports ") and put one report in this submenu.

I am Able to see this submenu & menu item with Administrator rights but I want to visible this report only for Acountant Right …

So I set the privileges for the report but the user not able to see same submenu with "Accountant " rights.
