navision export to excel

hi every one:

there is something weird with the navsion export to excel using the ‘send to excel’ function, just pop up a error message and navision closed. maybe there is something wrong with the installation of the excle, could anyone tell me what kind of error can cause such error

How could anyone tell you when you don’t provide the error message that you saw?

the message is about “microsoft dynamics nav has encountered some problem, and we are sorry for the inconvenience”

and the option of sending the error report to microsoft or not.
