NAV2009 R2 + LS Retail6.2 Chinese Characters cannot printed on the OPOS Receipt

dear all,

we are using NAV 2009 R2 + LS Retail6.2, we met a problem that any chinese characters printed on the OPOS receipt is blank, all english and numbers printed correctly.

the hardware is TOHISBA OPOS Printer, anyone can advise how to reslove it?
