NAV 2009 with LS Retail POS - Print receipt error

Dear all,

I’m using IBM 4610 model OPOS printer with the LS Retail POS. When I try to print slip, I’m getting this error, “The file C:\DOCUMENT~1\ADMIN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\bmpexp.bmp already exists”. When i checked the file, found that this image is the Receipt logo that should print in the receipt.

Please help as it is an urgent issue. thank you.

First Check test print is coming or not. if it is ok go to Hardware profile give relvent settings and also check u have installed opos drivers.
