NAV hangs on any POST SQL2008

Hi All,

I have the same Database installed in two different Machines, one with SQL 2005 and one with SQL2008,If i post any document in 2005 its works perfectly, but when i post anything on the 2008 installation it will create the posting lines but it will hang at “100%”. I htink it may be a SQL permission thing but i have no idea where to start, can anyone help me.

Try running SQL Profiler on the login. I believe this is akin to Client Monitor in NAV. That way you can monitor it from the backend.

Thanks for the reply Matt! it pointed me in the right direction, it was caused cause the Internet Protocol Version 6 was enabled on the client computer!
