We are having issues with cancellation order. When we cancel them in the system, our notes of why we cancelled the order are no longer there.
It seems like your Sales Order is customized. Can you clarify on what the system does on cancelling Sales Order like it changes the Status of Sales Order to Cancelled or Credit Memo is posted etc…
