What Navision version are you using? What is the state of your sales order (shipped and invoiced)? If your order is shipped and invoiced, you have to do a credit memo. If you are using Version 4, and have only shipped, then you have the possibility to undo the shipment (go to “posted sales shipment”, mark the lines you want to undo and then use the function “Undo Shipment”). regards Daniel
If you have not shipped anything on the order, Just press F4 in the header of hte order and say yes to delete the header, it will delete the order. Kevin
