Multiple Resources on a Routing

I would like to have on a Routing a resource but that resource is actually 2 or 3 people. How can I add such a resource?

Add the resource group which contains the individual resources, and then define the number of resources required to be greater than 1. Alternatively create one resource that reflects 2/3 people depending upon what you are trying to achieve.

I don’t see a place to set the number of resources on the Resource’s screen?

==> Are the people working all together to reduce the process time ? all working on 1 machine ? what are they doing ?

If working together to reduce the production leadtime you can increase the << QTY of work centres>> used on the route

If you want to show multiple resources ( 3 people working on 1 machine ) increase the load

use a task group

Each set up makes different impact…

You define that on the route - to say this operation in this route requires X resources from this group.
