NAV Version: NAV 2013 R2
Dear Experts,
When I click on the question mark icon (Microsoft Dynamics NAV Help) on the top right corner in RTC, I will be directed to my default internet browser, but sadly it says:
Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to MyServer:49000
I’ve tried with other browser but still the same. I only can be sure it is not the problem of browser.
I’ve also tried to search the forum but sadly can’t find any related information.
Can anyone give me any hints on this?
