Message Queue problem

We installed Navision Webshop on two computers. One webserver and one dispatcher. On the dispatcher we installed MSMQ as an independent client. It all worked fine when the computers were at our place. Then we shipped the computers to our client. They set them up in their network and changed IP-numbers on both computers. Then they changed the computername on the machine we use as dispatcher. Now we can’t start the Message Queue service on that machine. I have tried to reinstall MSMQ on the dispatcher but we can’t connect MSMQ to the webserver.

You need to reinstall the PEC (primary enterprise controller). You cannot move a PEC to another domain or even IP address. After reinstalling the PEC, then reinstall the independent client, connecting to the new PEC. ICM Solutions B.V. ir. D.C. Oerlemans dc.oerlemans@icm-solutions.nl
