issue while opening the reports

I have restored the database from one domain to other and its working fine and also given the reporting access path to the reporting server

but while opening the report, the reports runs for a moment and throughing error

“No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 192.168.3.11:8202”

please let me know if anyone have solution for this?

First of all check whether Firewall is blocking that port or not.

yes windows firewall is off
