Hi ,
I created an invoice register journal, posted it. Then I create an invoice approval journal, and fetch the voucher from the posted Invoice register journal. However, every time if i want to create the Invoice approval journal , i need to follow the above process.
what my question , Is it not possible to create the Invoice approval journal manually / directly ?
Why i need to create always Invoice Register creation first and next invoice approval journal ?
Pls share your thoughts ?
