Inventory Location Blocking Bug??

Hello,

I am using AX 2012 and when I open a cycle count journal, I manually set the location I am counting to be input blocked and output blocked. However, when I do a pallet move for a pallet I am counting out of that location, AX only gives me an information notification, but still allows me to do a pallet move.

Is this a bug?? Is there configuration in AX that can change the information message to a critical stop?

It is not deisgned to do what you want it to do:
Input blocked - Select a blocking cause if you do not want this location to be selected when the system searches for a location for items. Note this is a system search, the location being manually selected is allowed
Output blocked - Select a blocking cause if you do not want this location to be selected when the system reserves a shipment.
