My IIS is working fine i checked in browser by typing localhost, then iis is working on browser. but when i am installing in NAV setup by taking web Server component then it throwing above error .can any one share the answer

Hi,

Have you checked log file in temp?. What does it say?

Yes it saying like this ,and i runed WebClientDependencyInstaller also indivisual but showing same error

Please install Server first ans then install other components such as development and client.

i tried like that also but the same error is getting

Hi Mainfeat

I guess you cannot install web component for your machine.

While installing you are selecting install demo I guess. Don’t select Install demo, better go with custom installation and remove web service components while installing.

PS: run the setup as administrator.

Are you using windows single language edition/home edition?. If yes, Windows Authentication feature is not available in IIS configuration and we can’t install web server components.
