My question is in customer form, if we select blocked status as All, then I want the general tab fields to be non editable except the block field control.
How to do that?
It sounds like you’re asking for field level security. And as functionality that does not exist in Dynamics NAV.
And even if it were, then it would not have something to do with blocking customers.
You should contact your partner and ask for an experienced classic NAV developer who can help you with this. It is fully doable, but would require it to be code into the form.
As to a more generic solution, then there were a few ISV’s who had this in the product list. But I’m not sure any of them still supports NAV 2009 SP1.
