How to Configure Date Based Email Alerts...?

Hi All,

How to Configure Date Based Email Alerts…?

Create an alert rule on date field.(By right click on the field and create Alert Rule)

In the Basic → Periodic → Alerts → Due date based alerts → Add a Batch Group for that.

Before that create a Batch Group from Administration → setup → Batch Group → Create new one.

To Setup alerts and configuration.

If suppose We wanna implement our own logic where to write logic and how to set alert for that???Suggest me anyone Waiting for reply
