Hi ! Dynamics advice needed please

Its probably an impossible question to answer but im going to ask it anyway, so bear with me and please any ball park or point me in the right direction advice will be greatly appreciated. I currently head up the IT function for a UK based high street retailer, 51 stores UK wide, £300 mill t/o. 1 year into the role im replacing the legacy systems we have. Recently upgraded our EPOS to Retail J and our ecommerce solution to BT Fresca, but what i am now looking at is replacing the rest of the systems with a ERP suite like dynamics, I have had one conversation with a reseller who has given me some ball park costs, what im after is , what is the typical cost based on a number of modules i will list and is it worth engaging a Dynamics specialist consultancy to assist in the whole project , if so, can you recommend any in the UK ?, the modules for the cost basis will cover (250 head office staff, 100 warehouse staff) financials, stock, merchandising, buying, direct sourcing, HR & payroll, BI & data warehouse, Warehouse & logistics, call centre, CRM & marketing. A tall order i know, but let me know what you think, cheers

Might I ask which Dynamics Product you were quoted?
Another question would be whether this is a cost for the project or just the software?
Payroll is interesting, are you looking for an accredited solution or just integration?
Likewise what are you expecting from BI and data warehousing, the offerings are SQL based with built in cubes.
I would also like to know about the call centre - is this advice or remote orders or service logging etc.
Now with regards to the Dynamics specialist I would say yes with a project that size, there are a few on this forum in the UK, I am sure they will post.
Suggest you also talk to a few other resellers

Are the 250 and 100 concurrent users?
