What is the Main Function of NSF(Non Sufficient Funds). How do we configure in a Company? Can Anyone explain Me with an Example?

Why would you want to configure it if you do not know what it is?
It is when a customer pays you, you then receive confirmation of the payment from the customer, but when the processing takes place it is rejected because the customer has insufficient funds to pay you - the bank does not make the payment. However you may already have processed the payment and therefore you have journals to cancel the payment and charges to apply for the failed payment etc.
