One of my client required the Location concept in first phase Implementation and in the second phase is it possible to change location and BIN concept.
I told it is not possible ?
Please let me know if I am wrong.

Strongly recommend to check the “Bin Mandatory” field on the Location cards in first phase Implementation.
If the client do not want to use Bin, fine, just make one “DEFAULT” bin for each location.
Why? If the “Bin Mandatory” is not checked, user will NOT be able to implement bin for that location once there is any inventory transaction in that location.

“Why” does the client want to do this?
How about having ONE bin in the location, then trade with bins all the time, but it is one, and they can expand it to reference where the actual stock is when they can configure the system to reflect this - but then they will have to move all items out of one location into however many they have, which is, trust me, easier than not having bins and moving the stock into bins.
