I want to know is there any tool using that i can find the relation of a field everywhere in the database.

Suppose i have a field called “Type” (option field) but have to change it to code field which is carried out form other location by lookup. now i have find every objects where the type of Item is used and related and replace Option field by code field.

Is there any easy tool for that??
