I have generated a report but iam not getting that in the format i want so can i export that report data to excel .
Yes - are you using NAV2009? If so choose the export to Excel button, if it is an earlier version you can design a report to export to Excel, but if you have designed a report yourself and it is not in the format you want I would not bother trying to design it into Excel, I would try and design the report how I want it to look.
