Exporting Excel Template error

Please help, I’m trying to export excel template using template wizard

Recently, I have transferred my database to new server, from win server 2003 to win server 2008. Everything went well, no problem encountered.

But after 3 days, we received this error and won’t be able to export excel

Actions I’ve done so far:

Firewall config, permissions in local and domain users, although I’m not sure if I missed something, I just copied it from old server configurations.

Any idea? I hope you guys can help me. Thanks!

This has been solved.

Due to restrictions in active directory and group policy, user should choose where to save the file, but not in drive C.
