Hi! I have navision 3.60 with its own database. I have also on that server expandit installed and it makes every night a complete backup. ( 5 *.fbk files). Now I want on a second navision backup server (also navision 3.60 with its database) automatically restore every week that database on my backup server. All that should go without a user action. Who has a idea? Thanks
Look at the standard feature HotCopy instead. Then You get fdb’s that are ready to run.The manuals are on Your product CD. Maybe keep the existing backups running as today and just add a new job with hotcopy.exe once a week to keep Your second server up-to-date.
