When iam trying to post the consumption journal manually iam getting error as " You must specify source number in item journal line journal Template Name = ’ CONSUMPTION’,Journal Batch name = ’ DEFAULT’,Line No = 1000.
Well the source number relates to either the production order or the item, so assuming you have no blank lines you have not filled in the production order number.
Tell me the steps you went through to populate the consumption journal.
Have you tried the production journal from the production order itself - much easier!
