please find the below error which we are getting while cancelling the product receipt of one purchase order.
Cannot edit a record in Purchase order - update table (PurchParmTable).
An update conflict occurred due to another user process deleting the record or changing one or more fields in the record.
kindly requesting you to see this and please help me to solve this.
the exact scenario is mentioned below.
PO created and with item arrival it was register.
after register we post the product receipt.
where while invoicing some of the item were not received and it was not a backorder so we canceled the remaining items from purchase order.
then this error started.
now it is not allowing us to cancel the product receipt neither its allowing us to invoice.
please help.
