Update conflict when cancelling purch line quantity

Hello everyone,
I hope you are fine
So, I want to close a purchase line in the purchase order by changing deliver the remainder to Zero.

But it sends me an error message “Cannot edit a record in Purchase orders (PurchTable). An update conflict occurred due to another user process deleting the record or changing one or more fields in the record.”

Any customisations in the area?
What does the line look like in regards to the transactions under the line, is there a mismatch somewhere?
Is there another process holding it, transfer reservation anything?
