What is the AX version? Deleting from the tables is not suggested, why cannot you correct them by means of a journal?
Restore from backup if you have only just done this, otherwise you will need to post an opening journal to reverse the wrong one, and then the correct one. Having an inbuilt ability to delete posted journals from tables as standard would worry many auditors
