What is .fbk file extension database mean

.fbk is the extension for Navision BACKUP file (which is generally taken from with navision, Tools>> Backup).
I think it is “Financials Backup”. The first windows-version of Dynamics NAV was called Navision Financials.
The native database-file has default extension FDB, which probably is “Financials Database”
