CustTable and VendTable Transfer with using Template Wizard

I can transfer just Vendors from Excel to VendTable but I can’t manage to associate address data with customer data. When I transferred Vendor data, I used Template Wizard…How can I associate address data with vendor data…

Then I am going to do same for CustTable!
