Here is the solution

Following form will help us to create single PO from multiple purchase requisitions.

AP>Inquiries>Periodic>Purchase requistion>Release Approved Purchase Requisition Details

Below setup is required

AP>Parameters>Purchase requisitions Tab>Auto create Purchase Order (NO)
