is it possible if we want to Create Credit memo Including Serial Number From Posted Invoice??

steps i usually use when create credit memo :

  1. F3

  2. functions → copy document

  3. document type : posted invoice, Document No : invoice number

  4. Ok

the credit memo was successfully created… but for Serial Number is not included in that credit memo

so i must input one by one the Serial Number…

do you have a better idea to solve my problem

i’m using NAV 4 SP 1…

You have to create a way during credit memo creation to copy item tracking

hmmm… i thought automatic create serial number had been provided by navision itself
