I have a scenario where we have a configurable item, which is configured to order each time a sales quotation is placed. The configurable product works fine, but when I try a price simulation on the sales quotation line I receive 100% margin as no costs are reported. Does anyone know whether it is possible to perform this calculation where a pre-defined variant / configuration doesn’t already exist please?
