AX2012 : INVENTORY RECALCULATION

Hi guys,

I am facing an error on running inventory recalculation.

Error Msg. “You can’t have unallocated cost on a planning formula.”

I have check the complete setup of the system but could able to found any clue on this error.

Please respond guys immediately if one have faced this error earlier

But here we are not using any formula/planning items.

Check the tables because the inventory close process “knows” you are [:D]

Could you specify what are all the tables need to consider ?

Hi Guys,

I just goggled and found that this error had occurred in AX2009 version also and they have released the hotfix.

Have you guys any idea about hotfix for this .I mean, is this is a std bug.

I checked almost all tables but could not get any difference.

Almost all table related to Product master like

Inventtable, inventmodel, Ecoresproductmaster like all table I check. And table related to bom setup BOMversion and BOM table. But didn’t get any difference.

I would have said - Stock and Warehouse Management - Common Forms - Formulas.

Not AOT behind the scenes, just where the data is held. Looking at the response you are NOT checking this table - is there any entry in it?

AX2009 is irrelevant, Process was an MDIS then so you had to purchase it separately, now it is integrated.

You are correct. I have checked in formula form also.

Here we are using only BOM and NONE planning type.

Have you found any solution for this issue? Now we are facing the same in one of our clients.
