Hi,
I have 2 production orders, both are using same capability. I have set 2 machines, let’s say MACH-A with priority 10 and MACH-B with priority 20. Both machines don’t have any capacity reservation. Now I’m trying to do job scheduling. I have choose those 2 production orders and I set it forward from today and choose primary resource selection “Priority”. What I don’t understand is, 2nd production orders is scheduled after first production order, and both are using MACH-A. The result that I expected is both production order 1 and 2 starts parallel where first production order use MACH-A and second production order use MACH-B. Am I missing steps? What should I do?
