Hi Friends,

Where can I get Approval and Overdue mail templates or how can i create a new one? Please help me…

The default ones are in Product CD.

But I couldn’t find such mail template in nav setup folder…

can anyone suggest where to find this mail templates?

In Cronus Database >> Administration >>Application Setup>> Document Approval >>Approval Setup >>Mail Template (button at bottom)>>Approval Mail Template >> Export (save this file as .HTM file)

and then you can import this file in other database or company.
