Empty Email Information

Hi folks,

I have setup document approval in dynamics nav 2013 and everythings

seems ok so far. But the problem is that when I do an approval request

the person who is supposed to approve the request receives a mail with

empty information.

I am still trying to figure out what exactly is the problem. Please I need advice

on this.

I believe there is code unit 400 which is NAV’s SMTP that you can utilize for this type of email. The coding is minimal and you should be able to search for it here.

You need to import an e-mail template: if it’s empty you can start from the one in the Cronus company and modify it based on your requirements.

Where in the nav system do I import it from from.

Application Setup > Document Approval > Approval Setup > Navigate > “Approval Mail Template”
