Adobe Update crashes AX client when print preview credit note/invoice

Has anyone got any ideas? I have just accepted adobe’s latest update for adobe reader and upon installing I am having issues with print preview of credit notes/invoices. It seems to crash the AX client. This is on AX 2012

Are you able to view any reports from Reports Manager?

Hi,

Yes, I am able to view reports in report manager. I have tried to replicate this in the test system, but I am unsure on how to set Adobe Reader as the default Print preview option to open automatically.
