Workflow Error

Hi,

When configuring workflow from administartion–> setup → workflow infrastructure configurations wizard … … .

I am getting the error “The user account entered for the workflow system account is not valid. Confirm that the account exists and is enabled.” And "The wizard cannot be started’…

I have created bcprocy account in domain also. can any helpme out

At which stage? Your first stage is the user groups and this will have defined users, check your users in administration under the user groups.
