hi,

I want to design a template which will be in the format of word document.I have seen Application designer pdf…i have followed every thing…but when i am trying to open the document it is not opening…

please can any one suggest me in this…

Hi Bavani,

Have a look at the code behind the interaction templates (form 5075) for opening a word attachment. Is this what you are tring to do?
