Using Analysis Reports

I’m looking for guidance on setting up Analysis Reports (in Sales & Marketing NAV 4.0). It looks like a convenient way to set up worksheet exports. Is there a manual or a whitepaper on setting up lines and columns and where could I download or read one ? Any direction would be appreciated.
