Update conflict. The standard cost does not match with the financial inventory value after the update

I am updating my standards and getting this error when updating thru the Costing Version’s (en masse) in Periodic (AX2009).

I have some counting batches open - is this why I’m getting this error?

I can go into the inventory part and update them individually without the error by there are 5000 of them to update.
