I have a question regarding user group permissions.
We are implementing purchasing and I can for the life of me not find out why our users that to me have access to purchasing cannot enter any quantities in the Create Lines form.
Can anyone point me to the right place to set the security for that?

I thought I had put the version in the Tags.
The version is AX 2009
Does it is visible? For the items having the dimension group with color/size/configuration the purchase quantity column on the upper grid will not be editable, you need to enter that combination wise in the lower grid…
It has nothing to do with item dimensions.
As admin I have access to the quantity field.
What I need to know is what security key is used to control access to enter quantity in the form so I can create the appropriate user group permissions.
It seems to me that users need Edit permissions for Inventory management > Tables > Items.
It might not be in your case.
This also need edit permissions for On-hand inventory table.
