It is to automatically assign or format the key reference ID of a record or transaction. Lets say I enter 250 sales orders a day by 5 operators, in this instance the sales order number is assigned by the system rather than the operator telling the system the next unique number. All ERP systems have a variation of this.

Hi Adam,
If we delete the already created number sequence in a form, if we delete the already created number( for example 100 number ), if we create new one it should create 100 but it is creating 101 because 100 is deleted from the sequence.
Please hellp me on this.
