RapidStart NAV 2013 R2 working slow when changing in navigation pane

I am using NAV 2013 R2 version NO NAV 7.1.35473.0 and all the software (SQL Server 2012 and NAV server) is installed locally on my pc.

I am having delay issues when I change from my role center pic to Worksheet in my navigation pane. It takes almost 11 sec to display. I have a long worksheet with 140 lines. When I role down to see my next lines, it also begin to think again and take several seconds before it display next lines in worksheet.

If I click on Packages and go back to Worksheet again. It almost take me approximately 19 seconds before I can see my Worksheet.

Therefore I want to ask: Is RapidStart really that slow or is there a way to optimize your loading issues. I am just in beginning of my RapidStart experience and will be grateful if someone could help me.

There is Platform fix in Rollup 3 of NAV2013R2. Please add Rollup 3 and try

It takes longer than expected to open certain pages, for example the Configuration Worksheet page

My build number is 7.1.35473.0. Platform fix you are refering to is for 35822. Would it work on my platform?

By the way, where can you see what is 35822 for?
